The Jee Hoon Choi Memorial Scholarship Fund was created to provide graduating seniors from Old Tappan High School with an award for those pursuing a degree in the Fine Arts.
On March 25, 2011 the world lost an amazing person and we lost a brother. Jee Hoon Choi was an outstanding artist whose talent was only exceeded by his happiness. His ability to light up a room had no comparison. One month away from his college graduation at Carnegie Mellon, Jee was taken from us in a car accident on I-95. The gaping hole he has left in all of our hearts will never be able to be filled. However, we will do everything in our power to remember him for the incredible person that he was. This scholarship fund will be awarded to students graduating from Jee’s high school, NVRHS Old Tappan, who plan to pursue a degree in Fine Arts as Jee was doing himself.
More info will be on this page soon.
